Shared-Bus Events

Shared-Bus Events are scheduled group experiences on fixed dates, with shared transportation, a fixed itinerary and designated meeting points (Taormina or Catania). Prices are public and per person.

A booking is confirmed only once availability and payment have been checked by our system. You receive an automated confirmation email with your event date, meeting point, exact meeting location and departure time.

Each meeting point has a limited number of seats. When a meeting point is full for a date, it can no longer be booked.

Premium Private Experiences

Private experiences are organised on request for one customer, family, couple or private group. Submitting a request does not create a booking and nothing is charged.

After reviewing your request we send you a personalised proposal with the final price and booking conditions. The final price depends on the number of travellers, itinerary, transportation, inclusions, guide services, pickup location and any requested upgrades.

Your private experience is confirmed only after you accept the proposal and complete any required payment or deposit.

Optional upgrades and conditions

Some activities depend on external conditions. In particular, the Mount Etna high-altitude upgrade (cable car and authorised 4x4 vehicles to about 3,000 m) is subject to weather, volcanic activity, safety regulations and operational availability. If it cannot run, the upgrade is not charged or is refunded.

Entrance to third-party venues (for example Bar Vitelli in Savoca) is subject to their opening hours and access conditions on the day.

Cancellations and changes

The cancellation policy shown during booking and in your confirmation email applies to your booking. To request a cancellation or a change, reply to your confirmation email or contact us.

If we must cancel an event (for example for safety reasons or insufficient participants), we will offer you another date or a full refund.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
